Wow! cf3 members get amazing access to private homes that are rarely seen in public. Our next coffee chat home is a perfect example. Built in 1963 as the private home for the CEO of one of Cincinnati’s long standing construction families: Sydney Warm of Warm construction.

Founded in 1903, Warm built several Cincinnati landmarks including the Dixie Terminal Building and the Belvedere on Rose Hill Avenue. They were also long term owners of Carew Tower.

The Warm house has been adapted to many tastes over the years, but retains its original beauty and design details — including its trademark zigzag roofline and ceiling covered in furniture-grade walnut. The current owners (only the 3rd) are designers who’ve put their spin of this classic midcentury home, greenhouse, yard and wooded setting.

Join us on Saturday, May 16th to meet the homeowners, their contractor and cabinet maker to hear of their challenges and victories while working on this one-of-a-kind midcentury gem.
