Bothwell Residence Tour

Please join us for an evening home tour of a Palm Springs-on-the-Ohio hosted by owners: Guy Wolf & Jane Misiewicz

Not widely known for his residential architecture, Harry Bothwell (1929-2004), former President, Hixson and Associates and chief architect of the Florence Mall, completed his first Turpin Hills house in 1961.  Originally designed and built for himself, he never moved into the home, instead deciding to construct and later inhabit two other houses in the same neighborhood, also of modern style.

Guy and Jane became the homeowners in 2006, after a long succession of homeowners with various design tastes.  They are now in the process of restoring the home to reflect the spirit of mid-century and modern design, without losing the “Jetson’s” space-age flavor of 1961.

Seeming more like a Cliff May or a Joseph Eichler design, this house would look equally at home in the suburbs of Los Angeles or Palm Springs.

Please RSVP by Wednesday, July 17th.

All "yes" RSVPs will receive an email confirmation on or before July 19th with address and parking suggestions.  Your event captain for this event is Chris Magee, please feel free to contact with questions at 513-550-2339.
