Please join us for a coffee chat featuring the home of cf3 members Mike Hoelscher and Tom Wise in the McBurney Hills area of Lebanon, Ohio. The brick transitional modern ranch home was built in 1969 and features a plan around an exterior courtyard. Since making it their home in 2004, Mike and Tom have made a number of renovations and improvements often emphasizing the modern aspects of the house.
Most recently they have completed an extensive exterior project featuring an in ground pool, pool house, decking, landscaping and hardscaping including an extension to the home’s front facade giving a new modern horizontal emphasis. The architect of the project Chris Magee is planning to be on hand to discuss his design.
