cf3 is offering an opportunity to see the *sale pending* home of cf3 board treasurer and architect, Lou Batsch.
**Registration will open Friday at 9AM and is limited to 25 members (and guests for family/modern friend/modern sponsor memberships)**
1958 multi-level midcentury modern home in Anderson Township designed by engineer Jesse Smith (of McGill Smith Punchon) with 1970's addition by architect Hans Nuetzel. Home features a *bonus* sculpture wall by artist/sculptor Edgar Tafur. You may recall that cf3 was instrumental in saving a public facing Tafur sculpture wall in Amberley Village a few years ago. This is a rare chance to see a similar work, commissioned for a private residence (shown with the artist in the attached vintage photos).
Saturday, September 10, 10 a.m. - noon. Lou will give us the lowdown on the house and its history at 11 a.m.
Parking on the street is limited, and there is space for only 12 cars. Please plan to carpool.
