Don’t miss this opportunity for cf3 members to hear Chuck and Janet’s story of being 15 year stewards of one of Cincinnati’s most iconic homes. This Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian style home is one of 3 Wright homes built in Cincinnati during his lifetime. They will share the rich history of the original construction with local architects on site, the correspondence between Wright and the Boulters, the subsequent changes done (and undone) to the structure, and the Wright designed furnishings that are original to the home. Learn first hand what it’s like to live in a notable house, and the resources available to Wright owners and preservationists. Chuck will also share his efforts to add current energy efficient features to augment the original passive solar attributes of the home.
