Designed in 1965 for the Runnels family, this very large (5500 sq ft) home has been painstakingly maintained and preserved through the years. Current owners Sherry and Ken Roth are downsizing and have sold the home. They have graciously agreed to one last bash and have invited cf3 members to come witness Good Living, 1965 style!
The house sits on a secluded 2.5 acre setting and is accessed via a very long private driveway. To avoid potential traffic jams, we ask that you park on Hidden Valley Lane and walk the driveway to the house.
