Chuck reported on the Cincinnati Preservation Association Modernist Committee tasks: oral history and historical inventory
Chuck suggested we use Paul Green's club member management software. Motion made and passed to spend up to $200 to install software and pay for the first year's fee within two weeks.
Lou reported on the by-laws.
Jason volunteered to make welcome calls to new members. Paul volunteered to send welcome letters. Both will be trained in use of Mr. Green's software.
Janet reported on the FLW Foundation's conference kick off event at the Boswell House April 17. She suggested a budget of up to $2000 for the promotion and production (including the food, drink, parking, tips, postage). Motion made and passed. An email invitation will be sent to past members, paid up members separately.
Jason volunteered to contact IKEA regarding having CF3 have either their displays or a sign up table there on a weekend or more.
Jason volunteered to start a Facebook Fan page.
Next meeting May 19th. Following meeting Sept. 8.
