This 3,000-sq.-ft modern was originally designed for Dick and Jean (Hausfeld) Kluener in 1960 as their "get away" house in Green Township. From the winding 500-ft. drive through the woods, enter this well-preserved three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home owned by Ed and Janet Hermes since 1994. From there, it's only a few steps to the sunken bar and the koi pond among other fun architectural features in this 3,000-sq.-ft. residence that would make a great home for Bond.  James Bond.

Set into a hillside, the home’s kitchen and large living area anchor two sides of an expansive yard overlooking the entrance. In its day, though little is known about the architect or builder, the home did have a reputation as a party house! Over the past 15 years, Ed and Janet have performed sensitive updates such as the addition of a mirror-image garage as well as extensive landscaping on the near three-acre site.

Consider carpooling … at least up the looooong driveway … there’s room for just 10 cars at the top!
