Fellow cf3 members experienced a perfect c3 event at Jim Kelly and Rick Kay's vintage mid-century modern July 21, 2007. The red brick modern with the butterfly roof was profiled in CityBeat.

The 1953-constructed home boasts many original features from fittings to flooring. All about Eve film buffs will experience a sense of deja vu in the vintage Margo Channing kitchen. Unlike the film's star, this home is aging gracefully thanks to Jim and Rick's efforts, including the perfectly preserved bath with its salmon tile work and fixtures.  Other mid-century classic touches include the Roman brick fireplace wall with built-in planter box.
