A home tour and meeting was held at a residence designed by David Niland University of Cincinnati Professor Emeritus of Architecture and Interior Design. The home was designed for the Kashyap family 1979-81. David and his spouse, Mary, were there and the members enjoyed having him describe the original design of the home.

At the event, CF3 announced the organization's officers. Susan Rissover and Chris Magee will be co-Presidents. Janet Groeber and Chuck Lohre will be Co-Secretaries. Wendy Magee will be Treasurer.

Amoung the attendees was Mr. Rudy Hermees. Mr. Hermees graduated from the University of Cincinnati. After getting his architect license he wanted to design some modeern homes. His clients couldn't find a buider so Hermees became the contractor. He brought a portfolio of photographs the many modern homes and commercial buildings he designed and built. One project CF3 would like to do is to scan Mr. Hermees' porfolio and help document his long career.
